Who The Fuck Is Chuck L.I.?!

I spotted this over at illRoots.com...I've never heard of dude, but I checked him out. I've only heard 2 of his tracks but they were both dope! Chuck L.I is this 18 year old cat from Chi-town. He's workin on his debut mixtape, A Days Work In (Mornin Edition). I hope to hear more from this guy.
