Loso's Way...dope album..go cop that

Songz Is Killin IT!

Trey Songz in 09 is the equivalent of mixtape Weezy 04-08...Songz will jump on anybody's joint and make it his own.. Rappin or singing, its a murder..Dude is mad talented.. I hope he keeps it up, I'm actually gonna check out his album, should be dope..

Trey Songz-Wake Up

Get Familiar With Wiz Khalifa

I had heard of dude a long time ago, never really gave him a chance..then on Wale's Back to the Feature joint, I heard him shout out Wiz Khalifa. So I thought hmmm maybe I should check dude out, cuz Wale is pretty much my favorite rapper right now, especially in terms of consistency, so if he shouts you out, then you gotta be bout somethin..So like a month later I'm ridin wit my boy & he starts playin Car Service(Wiz Khalifa & Curren$y), I was like who is that, that nigga just ripped it..He said thats Wiz man.. I was sold.. I downloaded How Fly on Monday..sounds pretty good at 1st listen..Curren$y been doin his thing, but if you haven't heard of Wiz Khalifa I suggest you get familiar before he pops and then ur ass is mad late. He's pretty dope..

Curren$y & Wiz Khalifa- Car Service

Wiz Freestyle (Ok so he was rappin off of his sidekick, but fuck it he was snappin & he starts freestylin at the end.)

T.I. - Remember Me Ft. Mary J. Blige

Very dope song..heard it on Sirius Satellite Radio..TIP is the King.. Hold it down til you come home, big homey

Talib Kweli- Get By

This is one of my favorite songs. 1 of the first real hip hop songs I jumped on when I stop allowing TRL/MTV/BET to shape my musical tastes.. Classic joint, produced by the then hungry Kanye West..before the auto-tune.. Dopeness.. enjoy

Clipse-I'm Good

I feel like they could've done more with the video, but I've been bumpin the hell outta this joint! Til the Casket Drops.... October 20th

Kid Cudi- Poke Her Face Ft. Kanye West & Common

Cudi finally shot a video for this joint. Hot video! Kool concept..

John Mayer @ Michael Jackson Memorial

Ok, so I know this isn't Hip-Hop. I'm posting this for 2 reasons: I have not made a single post about Michael Jackson's passing & John Mayer is one of my favorite artists, one of the most talents musicians around these days, and he did a phenomenal job in this performance. I actually may have to switch the premise of this blog, because I listen to more than just Hip-Hop and my readers do too. Time will tell thanks for the emails and comments..

A Day With Gucci Mane & OJ Da Juiceman

Shout out to Cuz over at Da Chicken $hack

Kids Say The Darndest Things..

The Clipse- Kinda Like A Big Deal Ft. Kanye West

I've been a fan of The Clipse since Lord Willin', however I ain't gonna lie. I didn't really check out Hell Hath No Fury, I heard a few absolutely wack beats and skipped to the next track, and I'm almost positive they're beats Skateboard P sold them on, nonetheless they never really slack on the lyrics. If you've been sleepin on em, I'm willing to bet that they're more lyrical than your favorite rapper.. Hot video, hot song..

Good Day For Music!

The last few days have been good days on the music tip, especially if you're a Drake fan. A few alleged "album cuts" have been leaked and you're at the right spot to get em.

Drake-The Winner Produced by The Bizness.....very dope

Drake- Do It Now..dope

Drake- Something...very dope on his R&B tip

Drake-Stunt On You..another R&B joint..snippet.

Drake- Juice..probably the dopest of all 5 tracks..

Then The Game shat on Jay-Z on this joint right here, Jay's one of my favorites. I want to see a response cuz Game goooooeessss harrrrrddd on this one real talk!
The Game- I'm So Wavy

Then Christmas came early and 3Stacks released a track, or should I say "a hot verse"..
Andre3000- Lookin 4 Ya

Drake Interview on Alexa Chung

Bobby Ray- Put Me On

My favorite songs off of B.o.B VS Bobby Ray..If he keeps makin good music like this he's goin places..

Drake-Best I Ever Had

Ok I'll admit that I'm not a huge fan of the video..I feel like Kanye hated on Drizzy's first video in a major way..One of my homeboys had to point out the fact that Drake is Kanye's competition..How true! So the "popular kid" befriends the "new kid" just to ruin his effin reputation..I support Drizzy..I expect much better from HIM in the future, but Kanye is a hater for this bullshit..not kool 'Ye, not at all..
